Order Customization

Each order is carefully processed and manufactured according to the specific instructions provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including product selection, quantities, and specifications, are correct. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, no changes can be made.

 

No Exchanges or Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, we operate under a strict no exchange and no refund policy. All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any orders, except in the case of damaged goods that are proven to have been compromised before shipment. Any claims for damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by photographic evidence.

 

Product Dilution and Mixing

Our products are formulated to meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. We do not take responsibility for any modifications made to the products after delivery, including dilution, mixing, or combining them with other substances. Any unintended or unsatisfactory results caused by these alterations are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Packaging and Storage Responsibility

Once the product leaves our facility, we are not liable for any deterioration, damage, or change in quality due to improper packaging methods or inappropriate storage conditions. It is the customer's duty to ensure that products are stored in accordance with our recommended guidelines, which include keeping items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and ensuring that they are sealed properly. Any degradation of the product due to exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or other harmful environmental factors will not be the responsibility of the wholesaler.

 

Lead Times and Order Fulfillment

Our typical order processing and manufacturing times vary based on the size and complexity of the order. Standard processing times range between 3 to 5 business days; however, larger orders may require additional time. Customers will be notified of the expected delivery timeframe at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential unforeseen delays in production or logistics.

 

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to withhold shipment of any products if payment has not been received or if there is an outstanding balance on the customer's account.

 

Liability Limitation

While we take every precaution to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, our liability is limited to the cost of the product. Under no circumstances will the company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, whether as intended or modified by the customer
